Speaking of your fourth point, I think a lot of people are talking about this right now. How to design properly?

I would agree with Matt: 
1) only allowing one student at a time into classroom 
2) recording lessons for students 
3) providing students and staff with professional development around online safety 
4) using a learning management system with built in protocols for monitoring students online

Unfortunately we can’t start to worry about “over-monitoring” issues yet - we’re just trying to make sure we’re keeping students in line with the lessons during a very challenging time.
