How do we improve training among staff to improve edtech implementation? Good point from the 3:30 talk today.

Certainly very true that we need ample time to pilot with students in order to find and solve issues with implementation. It goes without saying that some edtechs don’t allow enough time to pilot because of business model pressure. @Charmy

It is only with practice and by getting stuck is when we as humans evolve and learn

For students as well, we need to introduce it from the basic and give them enough opportunities to explore

In my opinion, Edtech implementation should involve a thorough training with opportunities to troubleshoot queries (if any)
Enough time to explore individually and as a team will help us optimise the usage and troubleshoot the problems for the community
